ONYX Elite Bar operates as a dry-hire bartending service. Clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying their own alcohol in accordance with Florida state regulations. We are happy to provide a detailed shopping list and quantity recommendations based on your guest count and custom cocktail selections.
Dry-hire bartending means we provide the professional bartenders, bar setup, tools, and curated cocktail experience — while the client supplies the alcohol.
We recommend booking at least 3–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, particularly during peak wedding and event seasons in Palm Beach County. Select dates may book several months in advance.
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due a day prior to the event
Yes. Our bartenders are experienced professionals and carry the appropriate certifications required by the State of Florida. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
